How it all began...
My story begins in December 2018, when I made the first sourdough of my life, which I still work with today. To see what can be created and made from a mixture of flour and water was incredible. Since then, it has grown stronger and stronger and together we work every day to create such wonder breads as the plum, pumpkin seed, linseed, onion, tomato and basil bread. My personal favourite is the walnut bread!

Nana, diet cakes
Our products have a carbohydrate content of 7-14 % compared to conventional cakes. One piece of cake contains 6-12 g of carbohydrates, which are achieved by combining almonds, flour, rice flour, oat flour and various fibres.
The absorption of these carbohydrates is much longer, so they do not increase insulin levels. Diabetics and dieters can therefore consume our cakes without any problems. In addition, our cakes contain no added sugar.
All our products are made with lactose-free dairy products, but can also be made in a vegan version.
The most important thing for us is to produce high quality and healthy cakes that everyone can enjoy without hesitation
